Service Forces Manual M-208, Procedures for Enlistment in the Women’s Army
Corps, AUS, issued by the Headquarters of Army Service Forces on October
2, 1944.

The second exhibit presented here is Exhibit B, AFFIDAVIT FOR PROSPECTIVE RECRUIT. This exhibit pertains to Section II ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, Subsection 8. DEPENDENTS, Paragraph (a) Children, Subparagraph (1) (a) 2, which can be referenced in my August II 2009 column within the image of WAC Enlistment Procedures Manual Section II, page 3. The third exhibit presented here is Exhibit C, AFFIDAVIT FOR PERSON HAVING CARE OF CHILD. This exhibit pertains to Section II ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, Subsection 8. DEPENDENTS, Paragraph (a) Children, Subparagraph (1) (a) 2, which can be referenced in my August II 2009 column within the image of WAC Enlistment Procedures Manual Section II, page 3. The fourth exhibit presented here is Exhibit D, QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE
FOR ENLISTMENT IN WOMEN’S ARMY CORPS. This exhibit pertains to Section
V COMPLETION AND DISPOSITION OF RECORDS, Subsection 29. QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES,
Paragraph (a) Preparation, Subparagraph (1) General Assignment, which can
be referenced in my October 2009 column within the image of WAC Enlistment
Procedures Manual Section V, page 12.
